OPENING OF THE BOATING SEASON. npHE Boating Season will be opened on SATURDAY AFTERNOON next, tho 15th kstant, at 3 p.m., with a procession of boats, headed by the Naval Brigade Launch, carrying the Brigade Band. All boats taking part in the procession will assemble in front of tbo Star Club theds at 2.30 p.m. sharp. Yachts are invited to cruise during the procession, and to keep outside the rowing boats. E.
