"VTdTICE is hereby given that by Deed, AJk dated the 13th day of Febrnary, 1880, and filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Wellington, on the 14th day of February, 1880, and made between the above named Thomas Lawrence Frederick Ward, of the first part, Houstan Francis Logan, of the City of Wellington, storekeeper, and James Gear, of the same place, butcher, of the second part, and all the creditors of the said Thomas Lawrence Frederick Ward, of the third part, the said Thomas Lawrence Frederick Ward did grant, convey, assure, bargain, sell, assign, transfer, and set over unto the said Houstan Francis Logan and James Gear all his real and personal property, whatsoever and wheresoever, for the benefft of hia creditors. And notice is hereby fnrther given that a meeting of the creditors of the said Thomas Lawrence Frederick Ward will be held at the Supreme Court House.
