McChasney and Beard, and ia in thorough worYring order, possessing all the requirements necessary for carrying on a large and lucrative business. There is a Siding for loading timber, aad about ten chains of tramway already constructed into the bush. The Sawmill Gear is complete, comprising Engine, Boiler, Breaking-down Frame with racking and reversing gear, two Circular Saw Benches, Planing and Bustiotvting Machine capable of planing boards up to 24 inches, tonguing and grooving up to 14 inches, 4 Trucks, and Blacksmith's Forge. The whole is enclosed under a huge and commodious Shed, 110 by 45 feet, built about six months ago, which is in a perfect state of preservation. Also, three Cottages with brick chimneys, 12 x 24, &c. The largest amount of timber hitherto cut in a single day reached 4,000 feet, though the engine is capable of working up to a much larger figure. The lease has between five and six years to run, and the bush, about 596£ acres, contains some of the finest timber to be found in the neighbourhood ; and for anyone possessing the requisite capital to carry on the business, the above presents one of the best opportunities ever offered in the sawmilling interest.
