She reports speaking the Alaska, with 800 barrels, and the California, with 666 barrels. Napieb, 19th May. Sailed. 8.15 p.m.— Kiwi, for Wellington. Nelson. 20th May. Arrived, 9 a.m.— Wallace, from Wellington. The s.B. Wellington arrived from Pioton and Wellington early this morning. Sailed, 8.30 a.m.— Wellington, for Picton and Wellington. » The steamers Manawatu and Toi arrived at the Wellington wharf at 8.16 this morning from Wanganui. Both steamers made very good passages of 11| hours from wharf to wharf. The s.s. Wanaka, from Port Chalmers and Lyttelton, arrived at 2.60 this afternoon, having left the latter port at 8 o'c-ock last night. She goes to Auokland via the East Coast this evening. The steamers Wallace for Nelson, and Bangatira for Wanganui, Taranaki and Manukau, Bailed yesterday, the former at 4.30, and the latter at 9 p.m. The barque Edwin Bassett, from Newcastle, with a cargo of cools for Captain Williams, arrived as we went to press. The 8.8. P&tea, for Patea, left this afternoon. The Stormbird and Huia leave at 4 p.m. today for Foxton. The B.s. Go-Ahead is advertised to leave for Castlepoint and Napier this afternoon. The b.s. Wellington should arrive in our harbor to-morrow morning from Nelson and Picton.
