Mr. Pharazyn, Chairman of the County West County 1 Council, discovered in tbe Treasury at Wellington documents proving that £1207 of theWairarapa votes have been overlooked by the Government, and are now available for expenditure. The Daily says the unearthing of these unexpected balances is a feather In the cap of ' Mr. Pharazyn.
