I The ca;e against Messrs. Satton and Kinross | is fixed to coino on next Wednesday. There U a proposal b-fore the .V spier Harbor Board for a loan of £225,000 to pay off the present loan of £70,000, and witu the remainder to construct a breakwater. Mrs. Lylec, (?) wife < f the Commissioner of Crown Lands, died this morning of apoplexy. She was an old resident, and was much respected. :
