Blenheim. 17th January. Sailed, 11 aan.— Lyttelton for Wellington. Tabanakt, 17th January. Arrived, daylight— Taiaroa, from Onehunga, with San Francisco mail.
The Manawatu arrived from WanKanui at 7.30 this morning after a fine run of 12 hours. She returned to same port this afternoon. The Jane Douglas came In at 2.30 this morning from Foxton, and soils to-night for Foxton and Bangitikei. The 8.8. Bingorooma, Captain Chatfield, from Melbourne, via tbe Bluff, Port Chalmers and liyfctelton, arrived here at 0 30 this morning. The b.b. Hawea, from Auokland via the Boat Coast, arrived at 11 o'clock this morning, and sails South this afternoon. The B.S. Napier arrived from Blenheim last evening and returns to some port this evening. The s.B Wakatipu, for Sydney via the East Coast, got away about 6 30 last avening. The B.s. Huia, for Wanganui, sailed this afternoon. Tho schooner Poneke sailed for Havelock yesterday afternoon. She had fifteen men on board for the Sound sawmills The Auokland yacht Contrabandiere has just been overhauled by Messrs Coffey & Dixon, and supplied with a false keel. The same firm have tbe cutter Lena in hand, preparing her for the Coasters' Eace. j
