BLENHEIM. 7th January.
Miss Amy Sherwin, with Signor Pompef, finished a most successful season last night, having had full houses on the three nights they bave appeared. They leave for Christchurch to-morrow. a The insurance agents met yesterday.^nd resolved to recommend their head offices to offer £30 to supplement tho Government offer of £200 and a free pardon for evidence leading to the conviction of the person who set fire to the Government Buildings in November, 1876. The reward is confidently expected to have the desired effect.
