TO THE EDITOR OF THE EVENING POST. Sir — Believing you are always ready to assist the weak, will you, through your valuable columns, say if there is any redress for injuries caused from the fright of horses by the steam engines used on the tram line. Last Thursday week an accident happened to Henry Southee, whose horse shied from fright at the puffing of the steam, cansing serious injury and expense to him, a hard working man. I am, &c, A Subscriber. Bth November, 1878.
