INDICATIONS OF PROBABLE WEATHER AT 9 A.M. TO-DAY.
Wind— Between north-east and north and west in both islands. Barometer— Fall throughout the colony, but moat at Dlaces south of Kaikoura. Sea— Continue heavy on western coast. Warnixob have beau sent to all stations. During the last 21 boura the barometer has risen generally, the increase being most marked in tbe northern districts. Strong gales northward are probable.
