DUNEDIN. sth December.
There is a hot wind and no sign of rain, water selling in some par's of the town at sixpence a bucket. The artesian well in front of the University Building was rushed this morning by a about thirty drays with barrels. A small supply is expected to be turned into tho Leith this evening.
