LYTTELTON. Bth September.

The body of an old man named Buckley was found up on the hills, in a gully about 2UO yards from the bridle path, by two boys, yesterday afternoon. Deceased had been in Lyttelton for a few days, and left on the 17th ult., since which time nothing had been seen of him. There was a severe cut on his head. He was lying against a large boulder, and had evidently sustained a neavy fall. Deceased had been in the hospital for five months previously, aud was suffering from rheumatic gout.
