Mehemet Ali telegraphs that Eyoub Pasha has driven the Twelfth Russian Army Corps across the river Lorn. The loss of the Russians was 3000, of the Turks 900. Reinforcements have arrived at Widdin. Madame Thiers is claiming the right to arrange the cortege for the funeral of M. Thiors. She wishes the presence but repudiates the authority of the Senate and Chambers. The Government are only to participate by payiug military honors.
