WELLINGTON CITY. COUNCIL. FORMATION OF PRIVATE STREETS. NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of Section 11, Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act, 1875, that the expense of forming Haining-street, Martinstreet, and Alpha-street, has been allocated upon the several owners of land therein ; and payment of the same must be within one month from the date hereof, to prevent summary proceedings for its recovery.
