A Mrs. Baylls disappeared mysteriously from her lodgings last night, leaving a note tor her husband to the effect that she would not see him again in this world. Blair, the absconding debtor, was brought up at the Supreme Court this morning and discharged. The Judge said his conduct had been suspicious, and quite sufficient to justify Ids arrest.
