And notice is hereby further given that if any person think himself aggreived on the ground of unfairness or incorrectness in the valuation of any rateable property included iv such assessment, he shall send notice of the same in writing to the Council, and he may at any time within one month from this date appeal to the Resident Magistrate's Court against the same.
