Arrived — Blanche, schooner (late Governor's yacht), from Rarotonga, with a cargo of island produce; Searip, brigantine, from Sydney; Ringleader, revenue cutter, from Tauranga, with Dr. Pollen and Lord Hervey Phipps as passengers. Mr. J. G. Grant's letter to the Belfast Newsletter, -vilifying the colony, conies tb hand by mail, and provokes general indignation and I leading articles in the Southern Cross and ; Star.
