Receiving the report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1875. 2. Electing two Directors in lieu of George It. Dibbs, Esq., and Isaac E. Ives, l Esq., who retire in terms of Bye-law V., and - one of whoni only is eligible for re-election. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of John - i Paige, Esq., who retires, and (in terms of Bye-law X.) is ineligible ibr re-election.
