The Queen hns accepted Gladstone's resignation, aud Disraeli is engaged in the formation of a new Ministry. The elections are concluded. The returns show 351 Conservatives, and 302 Liberals. Cardwell, Chichester Fortescue, and Viscount Enfield will be raised to the peerage. There is an indication of the revival of the Eastern question, it being discussed by the German and French press.
