SUPREME COURT. IN BANKRUPTCY. THIS DAY. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.)

T8 BE CHARLES OTHO MONTROSE. This was an application for final discharge. Tn accounts, he, were duly put in, and authenticated by Mr Carroll. Tbe bankrupt, on examination, attributed his failare to the absence of profits in the Anglo- Australian Telegraph Agency, of which he Was manager, on the strength of which anticipated profits he had borrowed money from Messrs Erogden on bill of sale, which ultimately they pnt in force,

and seized everything ; his creditors had received due notice of his schedule being riled, and none had expressed any intention to oppose, with the exception of one gentleman then in Coart, \vho, however, at once disclaimed any such intention. His Honor pronounced the bankrupt to have passed hia final examination, and tw be entitled to his discharge. Final discharge granted accordingly. There were no other cases set down for hearing, and the Court adjourned at 11.15. tmmm __
