Each Debenture shall be for the sum of One Hundred Potinds, bearing Six per cent interest, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as to security and paj ment of interest, provided in the above-named Act. The Debentures will be made payable in Thirty Years from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable half-yearly ab this office. Tenders may be made for one or more Debentures, and must be torwarded under cover, addressed to the Provincial Treasurer, Nelson, and marked "Tender for Debentures." !
