PUBLIO NOTICE. AUCTION SALE OP TOWN, SUBURBAN, AND RURAL ALLOTMENTS, IN THE MANAWATU DISTRICT. "VTOTICE is hereby given, that Town, -i.i Suburban, and Rural Allotments, in the townships of Foxton and Palmerston, in the Manawatu District, will be put up to public auction, at this office, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of NOVEMBER next, at 1 o'clock p.m. The township of is situated in the Lower Block, and contains the shipping port, with a large number of valuable town allotments j also, some suburban and rural sections, at Motoa, of excellent quality. Tliq Township of Palmerston is situated in the Upper Manawatu Block, and contains town, suburban, and rural allotments. A large portion of the suburban and rural allotments are laid off along the bank of the Manawatu river, and the main lines of road now in progress of formation, leading to the navigable part of the river, the Forty Mile Bush, and Rangitiki, concentrate on the town of Palmerston. Barton's run, about 3400 acres On D. Riddiford's run, about 6500 acres On G. Moore's run, about 2000 acres On W.
