Excellent entries were received for the first flower show of the Killinchy school children, which was held yesterday, a feature being the quantity and quality of the vegetable and root classes. Miss Gladys "Lemon (flowers) and Mr Alex. Allen (vegetables) acted as judges. Most points in the show went to Olive Riches, who was closely followed by Keith Thompson and Mervyn Rathgen (second equal), Nancy Riches, and Graham Boon.
