PERSONAL
Friends of Mrs Joseph Brooks will be pleased to learn that she returned home some few days ago after being an inmate of Lewisham Hospital for a period of two and a-half months. Miss Jackman, a former pupil of Brookside School, daughter of Mr Tom Jackman, is leaving shortly for England, where she intends furthering her studies. Nurse Jackman trained at Ashburton Hospital. Her old school mates will wish her every success.
