COACH FOR LEESTON TEAMS
As a result of a decision reached at a meeting of members on Wednesday night, the Leeston rPootball Club first and second grade teams will have the services of a coach from Christchurch for this season. Mr Harold Milliken, a player for the Sunnyside Cmb, has been selected for this purpose and he will visit Leeston every alternate Wednesday evening. Occasionally he will be accompanied by Mr C. Olliver. Mr Milliken is a Canterbury representative player and was last season selected as an emergency for the All Black trial team. It is likely that the stables at the rear of the Leeston Hotel will be used as training quarters.
