PERSONAL
The Rev. R. R. Adair and Mrs Adair, of Southbridge, are spending a holiday at Akaroa.
Mr W. P. Brizzle, of Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, a former resident of this district, is paying a round of visits to relatives and friends in Canterbury. At present he is staying with his brother, Mr D. Brizzle, Doyleston.
Mr Harold Thoroughgood, of the St. Andrews Post Office staff, South Canterbury, is spending his annual leave with his parents at Southbridge. On his return to duty early next month he is to transfer to Winton.
