PERSONAL.
Mrs S. Buckley has left on a visit to relatives in the North Island. Mrs Bray, of Orari, South Canterbury, who has been on a visit to her daughter in Hokitika, is now visiting relatives in the Southbridge district. Mr Keith Wylie, who is a patient in Lewisham Hospital, is steadily improving. A six-year-old son of Mr T. Carter had his finger badly crushed while playing at school recently. He was attended by Dr. Hunt and removed to the Christchurch Hospital, where he .is progressing favourably. It has not been necessary to operate on the finger.
