ENGINEER-SECRETARY'S REPORT,

A canvass of the Main South road from Mr Gilmour's to Mr Stewart's has been made, also Waterhole's road. The following are the guarantees:— Eobinson's road £6 per annum, Waterhole's road £4 per annum, Jones /s road £10, Main South road £32; total £52

Regarding the negotiations with the Farmers' Co-op, for a window for display purposes, a verbal offer was made by Mr Machin some time ago to let the Board have this for 10/- per week. On March 24th I wrote accepting this for a period of six months. A verbal offer has now been received for 15/- per week.
