THE WHEAT MARKET.

The stocks of wheat m England and France are together twenty-two million bushels under the auiotmt held at the same period last year. The Bnglish and American wheat markets are declining, and the continental shows increased weakness. The quantity of wheat and flonr afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,610,000 quarters.
