Friday, September 11. The Payment of Members Bill passed its third reading. Dr Pollen's claim was referred to the Government for consideration. The Private Tramways Bill passed its final stages, as did the Rabbit Nuisance Act Amendment Bill. , The Land for Settlement Bill passed its third reading. The House went into Committee of Supply. Monday, September 14. The House still disagreed with the Council's amendments to the Factories Bill. The report of the Managers on the Legislative Council Bill was agreed to. The Government Life Insurance Acts Amendment Bill was read a second time. The Naval and Military Settlers Bill was committed and reported with amendments, read a third time and passed. The School Committee Election Bill was leported with amendments, lead a third time and passed. The Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Bill passpd its 6nal stage.
