r Miss Buhm (Dunedin) is a visi--tbr to Clyde and is the guest of Mr & Mrs J. L Davidson. Miss H, Sinclair (Clyde) is spending the school holidays at Queenstown. W.A-L. May Macdonald, on furlough, is visiting her mother at Omakau. Miss R. Stevens (Taurnaranui) is visiting her parents, Mr & Mrs IL E. Stevens, Clyde, Miss Shirley Gye, who has been visiting her parents at Clyde, returned to Dunedin this morning. She was accompanied by her mother. Mr & Mrs G Coats are spendinr a holiday in Dunedin Mr A. Briggs, who has been a guest of Mr & Mrs F.Crawford has returned to his home at Woodlands Mr & Mrs F. Crawford spent the week-end at Beaumont. Mr R. Ruffles left for Dunedin yesteiday, prior to going to Harewood. Mrs Lettoff, Christchurch, is spending a holiday with Mrs W allinger, Clyde. Mr&Mrsß. Smart (Otautau) accompanied by their son (Rob) and Mrs Coulter, are visitors to Clyde and are the guests of, Mr & Mrs J. Smart. Mrs J. L. Davidson, Mr C. J. Davidson, and Mr & Mrs M. Hanning were visitors to Dunedin last week. The death is reported in Dunedin of Mr H* Hart, at the age of 79 years. Mr Hart was wellknown in this district, as for many years he was travelling representative of the old brewery firm of (.Messrs Simpson & Hart.
