Waipiata beat Nasoby .rather easily on Saturday ( J Jiul), the former winning by 130 in a one inning’s match* Thanks to the tine batting of Gibson 77, Davis 44, Jiorthwick 13 and Mathias .18 not out, Waipiata made 206. Drydeu with G wicketa for 53 bowled well for Nasoby. Dryden was also Naseby’s most successful batsman making 30 of the total of 7G. Gibson took 5 for 15, Manson 3 for 7, and Korthwick 2 for 24. Patearoa 15 did not play in the first round.
