A ladies club has recently been formed in Naseby and a couple of friendly games have been playea with Wedderburn- Owing to the severe winter and the consequent impossible state of the grounds there has been some delay in getting going, but the ladies are now very enthusiastic In beautiful weather the Cly de team had a delightful trip to Queenstown where they played the Queenstown Club andsucceed ed in winning by 4 to 1. The visitors were very liberally treated, being entertained at a dance. High School beat Alexandra Club by 5 to 1 in a game which the former had easily the best ofVincent County team play Maniototo at Omakau on Saturday. The Maniototo rep. team had a pleasant trip to Roxburgh on Saturday, where they had an enjoyable match with Tuapeka. The game was fairly even, the score 4 to 1 in favor of Maniototo being scarcely a criterion of the game.
