EASY PREY TO WHITE SLAVE TRAFFIC

A report issued by a special body of expert investigators appointed by the League of Nations 011 the international traffic in woiucn and children reveals a. condition of affairs which is a disgrace to modern civilisation. The second part of the report contains details -of such a deplorable character that it has been considered advisable not to issue it to the general public, but to have it communicated privately to the different Governments (.says the London ‘ Daily Mail’).
