MARKET REPORT.
Messrs Dalgety and Co. report as to'lows: Oats—There is some little demand for grade oats at late rates. Undergrades are very slow of sale. We quote : A. Gartons 2/8, B. 2/5 . Cartons 2s 3d, Undergrade 2s qd per bushel, sacks extra. Potatoes — Fair supplies of good quality lines are coming forward, and are meeting with a rather slow sale at jQ-j 10s to £9 per ton, sacks in, Chaff— The market is quiet. There is some little demand for prime lines at late rates. We quote: — Prime Oaten Sheaf £4 5s to £4 10s, Good to best feed £3 15s to £.\, Inferior from j£i 10s per ton, sacks in.
