<p The following business of local interest was transacted at last week's meeting- of the Otago Land Board— The mode of disposal of section 33, block XI Clyde Town, was considered and the Board decided that the section be offered by auction at an upset rental of 15s per annum for a term of 14 years. J. R. Clare's application to select sections 9 and 10. block XIX, Tiger Mill disliiel was granted. John Lothian, lessee of section 107 bloi k X Leaning Rock, applied for a glazing license over a portion of mining reserve between section 107 and the river area, estimated at ten acres.-.Ranger to report, Thos. C Donnelly applied for a renewable Jease over area of mining reserve in block VII, Lauder District. Declined. The following transfers were approved : mining reserve in block VII, Lauder, 18 acres and 10 acres, Alfred Samuel Peek to T. C. Donnelly 5 run 325b Vincent, 8920 acres, George Albert Manson to William Holloway. The ranger was instructed to report on an application by Alfred S. Peek lor a transfer of section 76, block VIII Lauder, 130 acres, to David Fraser. .
