Parley and lares, or oats and lares, is a coml mixture for winter teed. About three-quarters of a bushel of barley and three-quarters ol a bushel ot lares are sown in the usual 7in rows, and n-ually with lewt superphosphate or other pbospbatie manure. Alter feeding oil' in spring Ibe crop is usually ploughed in. or many be allowed ''to run till the oats are nearly ripe, when tbe mixture will be cut for bap.
