MOA GREEK.

- On Frinay last the cricketers held their annual social. It was a fine night although it had been raining during the clay. The people rolled up in large numbers. Dancing was carried on until 3 a. niSupper was served at midnight and was much appreciated. The ladies provided it from well filled baskets. During the supper interval Mrs Kelly sang a song which was very much enjoyedShe sang a second song in response to an encore- Mr Harvey also sang. Following this Mr Graham sang an Irish song and Miss Myrtle Dundass sang one also. This young lady’s song was well chosen and very well sung. She is posessed of a fine voice and uses it capably- These items were all much appreciated. The music was capably supplied by Messrs R. Me Intosh, JStuart and A. Campbell Mr Hussey was M. C. Mr R. Webster (President) made a short speech thanking everyone for assistance and support He gave a very hearty invitation to all to roll up to cricket on Saturday afternoons.
