Mr Riichie, Reform Candidate addressed the electors in the School on Tuesday 21st There was a fair attendance and the candidate was well received. A Gun Club social was held in the School on Friday i/th. There was a good attendance. Dancing was carried on until 3. a-m. Supper was served at It 30. by the local ladies and was much appreciated. Everyone seemed to enjoy the social and many arc looking forward to the next one which is a Cricketer's Social to be held on Nov. 24th. \ A welcome rain began to fall early this morning and still con tinues. The country is much in need of water and things already look much fresher.
