-—- —-♦ Next Saturday's matches are Clyde V Alexandra and Cromwell V Bannockburn. Cromwell had a close go with Roxburgh on Saturday, an exciting finish ending in Cromwell's favour with the score 72 68. Alexandra were successful against Bannockburn on Saturday, winning by over twenty. A Cromwell rink Irvine, Stumbles, Mann, and Rankin had a go for the Jolly on Friday, but Alex Richards and Co- beat them 17 13A rink from Clyde journeyed to Ranfurly on Saturday to participate in the opening of the new green there- The outing 1 was an enjoyable one- The Ranfurly bowlers are nearly all beginners, but they are as keen as mustard, and they have the makings of a nice green- There were a number of visitors pres- . ent from Naseby and these and the Clyde folk were specially welcomed by President SmithMr W. Sutherland, on behalf of the Centre congratulated the club on affiliating.
