Messrs Dalgety and Co. report as follows: Oats—There is some little demand for grade oats at late rates. Undergrades are very slow of sale. We quote : A. Gartons 2/9, B. I/6 . Gartons 2s 3d, Undergrade 2s 4d per bushel, sacks extra. Potatoes— Fair supplies of good quality lines are coming forward, and are meeting with a rather slow sale at £>l ids to £8 per ton, sacks in. Chaff— The market is quiet. There is some little demand for prime lines at late rates. We quote:— Prime Oaten Sheaf £4 5s to £4 10s, Good to best feed £3 15s to £4, Inferior from £2 los per ton, sacks in.
