yiNCENT COUNTY COUNCIL MATAKANUI'WATER AREA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Vincent County Council held on Wednesday the 27th day of September, 1922, a resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday the 25th day of October 1922 at 10 a. m. at the Council Chambers, a copy of which resolution has been deposited at the office of the said Council at Clyde, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours from the date hereof to the 25th day of October, 1922, and the purport of which resolution is as foHpAVS?— „ In esercbe of Section 16 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent in writing of threefourths of the Ratepayers in the Special Rating Area hereinafter described the Vincent County Council hereby resolves by way of special order that for the purpose of the purchase and construct ion of irrigation works for the said Special Rating Area the Vincent County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £5,000 at z per centum per annum for a period of years repayable in instalments over such period in accordance with tbe prescribed table, and declares that the ' cost of raising the said loat} and the first year's interpat on the lo,an shall be payable oyt. of the moneys so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Survey District of Lauder in the Matakanui Riding Vincent County in the Land District of Otago containing approximately 6413 acres irood 32poIes being sections i, 10 and 11 Block 11, sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, S, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. 17, ib, 19. 20 ; 2i, 22, 24 42, 4j. and 44 Block 111, sections 9 and }o Block VI, sections 4 and Block VII and part Runs ?_!-,J. 223K, 22 }N, and 223. O. ali in the' Lauder Survey District. As the said piece of land is more particularly delineated on the plan of the said Special Rating Area deposited in the of the Vincent Co\miy Council at Clyde.
