At the Royal Show in England much interest was centred in the milk and butter competitions. Asher'n Dainty won. and her record is a remarkable one. She had been calved l(>7 da\s. and gave 3Slb 2oz milk, with u',92 per c< ut. butter lai. Her total number of points was 77.50. 'Mi-; Evelyn's Kairlawne Hussey was second. One hundred and fifty days calved, she gave 401b Boz milk, with 4.52 per cent. butter fat, and scored 74.58 points.
