Messrs Dalgety and Co. report as follows: Oats—There is some little Remand for grade oats a,t late rates. - Undergrade are very slow of sale. We quote : A. Gartons 2/4, B. do. Gartons 2s 3d, Undergrade is 3d per bushel, sacks extra. Potatoes—Prime tables are in demand and prices are firm at £6 per ton sacks in. Wheat—A grader has been appointed to sample all lines to be taken over by the Government. Fowl wheat is in good supply. Chaff.—Arrivals have been on the ight side, but as the demand is correspondingly weak;prices are unchanged Prime Oaten Sheaf £4 10s to £4 15s, Good to best feed £4 to £4 7s 6d, Inferior £2 10s per ton, sacks e^tra,.
