'Dr Squire, medical head of the great Sing Sing Prison, says that new convicts show among drug victims an increase of 41 per cent," according to the " Chicago Herald and the Examiner." This is what happens in Prohibition countries. Vote continuance, and a country free from drug crazed criminals.
