Very few people noticed the presence in London recently of Kercnsky, the man who was mainly responsible for Tsardom's overthrow in Russia. Ho has (lip faculty of making unexpected appearances, and was present, though he did not speak, at a conference of the second international in a north-western suburb, nominally in the interests of the Russian Socialist revolutionaries now on trial in Moscow. Two of his sons are at school on the outskirts of London.
