Dunstan, Manuberikia, Matakanui, and Earnscleugh. all within the County of Vincent, as appearing on the Valuation Rolls now in torce, from the period of the Frst day of April 1922, to the Thirty First day of March, 1923, The said rate to become payable in one sum to the Rate Collector at the Vincent County Councils Office, Clyde, on the fifteenth day of October, 1922, and, That the Rate Book of the said Ridings is open for inspection to all ratepayers at the Vincent County Councils Office, Clyde, on every week day, public holidays excepted, during Office hours.
