CLYDE CROQUET CLUB.
The annual meeting ot the above Club, held on Wednesday last, was presided over by Mrs McGlone, and there were also present Mesdames Bloy, Bringans Hanning, Wood, Sutherland, Holdam and Purton, and Misses Bloy and Dickie. The following office-bearers were appointed:— President, Mrs Bringans; Vice Presidents, Mesdames Wood. Bloy and Sutherland; Committee, Mesdames Smart, Hanning and Holdam, and Misses Dickie and Bloy; Delegate to Executive, Mrs Wood. It was decided to make' the subscription the same as last year. On Mrs Woods proposition it was decided to ask that the Caretaker mark the lawns throughout the season. The following were appointed a match Committee: — Mesdames Wood and Sutherland, with the President and Secretary were appointed a match Committee. The Secretary and Mrs Bloy were appointed to arrange for new balls ; etc.
