You are steeped in villainy up to the very ears. You measure gas 1 You can no more measure gas than you can measure the length, breadth, and depth ol your own infamy, which is without limit atvd immeasurable. If I were so lost to all sense of ■-shame as you are I would go oft somewhere and hide myself from the light at day." The gas meter replied ; " I feel that way jnyself, and that’s the reason I am generally found in the cellar.”
