A meeting of the committee was held on Saturday last lhe president occunied the chair and there was a good attendance
The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed The secretary reported having written to the secretary of the N Z Association of Caledonian Societies re re-handieapping any competitor winning an event a ter the handicaps vs ere declared He h,d received a reply Stating that the Oamai u Association intended moving in the direction of having a rule made for rehaudicapping, but in the meantime the Clyde Club could overcome the difficulty by advertising that the right to te-handicap was reserved by the committee. The secretary of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen replied to the sime que lion re cycling, and pointed out that rule 26 gave handicapper power to penalise winners O 1 the motion of Messrs Sanders and Pitches it was decided that, the privileges be advertised fur sale in three lots, viz, booth, refreshment staff booth, and ,fruit sta 1
